There has never been much interest in motorcycle racing games with my xbox controller.Cut to a few years ago when I first subbed to MotoGP. I began looking for mod tracks in all of my games (mostly available in AC) to preview the course on the upcoming MotoGP race. As you can imagine, it is quite difficult finding those tracks in a car game, with many of them being motorcycle only, or others using entirely different course layouts. So when VR46 was on sale, I grabbed it. I've only spent 4 hours in it at the time of this writing, I've only unlocked one achievement and havent really scratched the surface of the career. THAT SAID, every week, before a race I'll fire up VR46 and replay one of the Real Events DLC races or just a short race weekend on that track, usually even on Moto3 level. It has become part of my race weekend routine, and I'll recommend it to any MotoGP fan for that reason.. I have played all of the MotoGP games back to MotoGP06 on my Xbox 360 and have loved everyone of them, I have all of the MotoRacer games apart fom 4 which I only found out today it was available and the MX vs ATV games are all in my collection. This game for me stands outs so so so much. Not only do you get the core game but also flat races, rally races and RC car races which shocked me how good it actually was. I would not hesitate to give this a BUY rating and cant recommend the game enough. Lets just pretend that Marques did not win this year and see if you could beat him in the game.. Only a little bit into the game, but it's very fun so far. Yes you can nit-pick anything to death. If you go in expecting them to hand you a real Motogp bike and AI that reacts like the real riders, you will be disappointed. If you go in expecting it to be a little better than motogp15, then you will enjoy it. I'm really loving it as much as I did the previous Motogp games. I love Motogp so that is a big plus, I love Rossi so this was a must buy for me.. i stop playing this game for about a year an bought motogp17 a couple of weeks ago .i went back an started playing this game an man i made a mistake on saying gp17 was the number 1 ,dont get me wrong its good game but Valentino Rossi to me is the best bike racing game out their.. this game runs awesome on my pc ..if your thinking of buying a bike racing game this is the 1....... This aint a good race game ...if you do a quick grand prix. select 5 laps, finisht the race, the whole fields is within 3 seconds ...So you got the whole field fighting for first place, all taking corners with 3 to 5 drivers next to eacht other ... the whole raceCome on, this aint racing.... FORZA VALE!! #VR46. This game is ok for arcade style fun. However since i found the game 'GPBikes' (not found on steam) ive come to learn what a serious gp bike game is. Its now hard to come back here now i know the difference.
